GWS Region would like to invite all Award Recipients, their guests and other members of Scouting to attend the presentation of the 2021 Adult Recognition Awards to be held at 13:30pm in the grounds of Bundilla Scout Activity Centre on Sunday 31st October 2021.
The event will be a sit-down presentation with food and drink served as light refreshment.
All award recipients, guests and staff are asked to register thier attendance on this site before the closing date and you will be required to check in at the event. All contacts within a family unit or close contacts are asked to register on one registration so that we can appropriately space people for this event.
In the event of inclement weather, alternative presentation arrangements will be made to continue the presentation at the same date and time.
As in previous years, groups will be invoiced for a portion of the cost of the award and presentation. This will be arranged in the coming weeks.

To ensure that we deliver a safe and enjoyable event for all, the following restrictions apply:
All award recipients and guests are welcome to wear masks and gloves if they feel it is appropriate.
If you are classified as a vulnerable person to COVID-19, or you do not feel comfortable attending this event, we understand completely and we will make arrangements to present your award at a local ceremony in early 2021.
Once you have submitted your registration, an invoice (summary sheet) will be generated with instructions on how to pay for this event. The following payment options will be available to you:
